Subscription

OwnMetrics is an auto-renewing subscription, bought and managed through Apple. To cancel or change it, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OwnMetrics, or Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

New phone?

Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Your data

Entries are stored only on your device, so we can’t recover them if the phone is lost or the app is deleted. Use Export Excel in the app to keep your own copy.
